Spear, who has over 30 years of breast health sector experience, is uniquely qualified to help Volpara strategically accelerate its aim to rescue families from cancer by avoiding advanced-stage breast cancer.
FREMONT, CA: Jill Spear, the new Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Volpara Health, will drive continued growth for Volpara's integrated software platform that aids in the delivery of tailored breast care. Spear's responsibilities in this position include increasing sales of the company's breast cancer risk assessment, imaging analytics, detection, and patient monitoring software in North America. Volpara acquired CRA Health earlier this year, a breast cancer risk assessment company spun out of Massachusetts General Hospital, with the goal of bringing personalized breast care to more high-risk women across all care settings: OB/GYNs, oncology specialists, primary care providers, and breast centers. Spear, who has over 30 years of breast health sector experience, is uniquely qualified to help Volpara strategically accelerate its aim to rescue families from cancer by avoiding advanced-stage breast cancer. Before joining Volpara, Spear worked in the mammographic breast imaging industry for almost 20 years, excelling in regional, national, and worldwide commercial responsibilities. Spear has served as the commercial leader of a global automated breast ultrasound business for the past eight years. Her operational experience also includes accreditation as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Columbia University in New York.
