This profile has been developed by the Medical Care Review research and editorial team based on insights from an interview with Dr. Jackson Bean, DDS, DIADI, FICOI, Owner.
Dr. Jackson Bean, DDS, DIADI, FICOI, OwnerFor many people, the decision to seek dental implants does not begin with a desire for a new smile. It begins with years of avoiding certain foods, hiding their teeth in photographs, or feeling uncomfortable in everyday conversations.
At Complete Dental Care in Greenville, Texas, Dr. Jackson Bean believes those experiences reveal what patients are truly seeking: the ability to enjoy life without constantly thinking about their teeth.
The practice approaches implant dentistry by first understanding what patients want to do again. It may be something as simple as eating a favorite meal, joining friends for dinner, or smiling naturally in a photograph. Those personal goals guide the treatment process and shape the care experience at Complete Dental Care.
Where Experience Meets Advanced Implant Care
Complete Dental Care has built its reputation on advanced implant dentistry, same-day fixed full-arch solutions and cosmetic dental treatments. Dr. Bean is a general dentist whose signature services reflect years of training pursued around the world, alongside some of the most respected clinicians in implant and restorative dentistry.
Dr. Bean earned his Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, now the Texas A&M College of Dentistry. He went on to train at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the Kois Center in Seattle, and the Pikos Institute, and traveled to Lisbon, Portugal, to study full-arch “teeth in a day” treatment with Dr. Paulo Malo. He also completed training in minimally invasive tunnel bone grafting with Dr. Sam Lee.
That commitment to learning has never slowed. Texas requires dentists to complete 24 hours of continuing education every two years; Dr. Bean completes several times that amount, with 100 to 150 hours being common in a year’s time.
His work also extends beyond his own practice. Dr. Bean holds two clinical patents, has developed an implant abutment currently under FDA review, and authored a bone-density-based osteotomy preparation protocol for tapered implant systems. He serves as Global Expert Academy Faculty and a Key Opinion Leader for Noris Medical and as a Key Opinion Leader for Septodont.
One Clinician, from Plan to Final Smile
At Complete Dental Care, the clinician who plans and places the implants is the same clinician responsible for restoring them. Dr. Bean begins every case with the end in mind: the final teeth are designed first, and the implants are positioned to support them. Because he is accountable for the result from the first scan to the final bridge, there are no handoffs between offices and no one else to point to if something needs attention. For patients, that means one plan, one team, and one clinician who owns the outcome.
“When you place an implant knowing you will be the one restoring it, you plan differently,” says Dr. Bean. “Every decision made in surgery is made for the final teeth.”
The practice uses tools such as 3D cone-beam CT imaging, which shows the bone in three dimensions; photogrammetry, which precisely records the position of each implant; facial scanning; and digital smile design. These technologies allow the team to study each patient’s anatomy, evaluate treatment options, and create restorations that fit naturally with the patient’s appearance.
For Dr. Bean, however, technology is only part of the process. The experience behind the technology remains essential.
“Patients are not simply looking for new teeth; they are looking for the confidence to eat, smile, and live without the limitations they have carried for years,” says Dr. Bean.
Same-Day Implants Designed Around the Patient
One of the practice’s signature services is same-day fixed fullarch implant treatment. For appropriate candidates, patients can receive extractions, implant placement, and a fixed nonremovable bridge during one surgical experience.
“Patients get to test-drive their new smile before we make the final one,” says Dr. Bean. “By the time we deliver the final zirconia bridge, they have already told us what they love and what they want changed.”
This approach allows the final restoration to reflect both clinical requirements and the patient’s personal expectations.
Building Trust through Education and Community
Beyond patient care, Dr. Bean is the founder of Productive Dental Mentors, a mentorship program that helps fellow clinicians advance in implant surgery, restorative planning, and patient communication. Through clinical teaching and professional training, he shares with other dentists the same planning discipline he brings to his own patients.
Complete Dental Care has also maintained a strong connection with the Greenville community. The practice has been recognized as a Best of Hunt County winner in 2024, 2025, and 2026, among numerous other awards.
The practice has recently been named Top Same-Day Dental Implants and Cosmetic Dentistry for 2026, highlighting its commitment to advanced implant treatment and cosmetic dental care.
Looking Ahead
Complete Dental Care continues to grow with plans for breaking ground in early 2027 for a dedicated surgical and dental training center designed to support advanced patient care, mentorship, and hands-on education.
For Dr. Bean, the future of dentistry is not only about improving procedures. It is about understanding what patients hope to regain after treatment: meals with family, social moments, and the everyday experiences that dental problems once took away.
